BMW Seattle has completed and moved into their new store located in the Sodo district of Seattle, just a short walk away from Qwest Field home of the Seattle Seahawks and Safeco Field home of the Seattle Mariners.


What interesting about BMW Seattle new store is their commitment to convenience their customers and elected to build the new store within the metropolitan area of Seattle. In doing so this required constructing a 4 story-parking lot above the service department, a first that I have seen.


I’m interested in knowing if building multi level parking lots is common for dealerships in other metropolitan areas, could you please post a reply and let me know.
